Welcome to the Show of the Chocolate and some Delicacies It is with an immense pleasure that Pâtissiers-Confiseurs-Glaciers-Chocolatiers of Colmar and neighborhood of the Corporation of the Haut-Rhin present you the Show of the Chocolate and some Delicacies. Although the chocolate results from South America, because at first used by the Aztecs during religious ceremonies, the cocoa is henceforth cultivated mainly in western Africa. Indeed, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Cameroon and Nigeria furnish to them only about 70 % of the world market of the cocoa. It is for that reason that we chose to welcome you in this warm and exotic decoration in the colors of this continent. This edition of the "Show of the Chocolate and some Delicacies", Show home-made, 100 %, is the opportunity to discover the know-how of craftsmen chocolate makers and to awaken your senses through the tastings and the demonstrations which they offer you
