We are open everyday of the year with the exception of 25 December & 1st January.
Alsatian public holidays : We are open on french public holidays and also on good friday and boxing day (26 december)
If the office is Closed at your arrival in Colmar, you can still get the information you need by using one of our three wifi computer terminals available 24 hours a day.
They are located next to the train station (place de la gare) , at the tourist office and place Scheurer-Kestner
They will give you all important informations about Colmar (events, hotel, restaurants...) and give you accès to this website.
